The Artful Lodger Inn Bed and Breakfast, located in historic Newport, RI, was built circa 1850 by one of the area's most prominent families, the Kings. The rooms have been lovingly restored to recapture the feel as well as the look of the famed Victorian period in Newport Rhode Island.

Each of our rooms are decorated with a distinctive theme in mind. It won't take much imagination to whisk you back to that bygone era of opulence and gentility. The breakfast conservatory on the third floor has a breathtaking view of Newport Harbor, the Ida Lewis Yacht Club, and Fort Adams (location of music festivals). Guests can observe the status of festival parking before leaving the breakfast table. An extra cup of coffee may be possible!
